With more than 25 years of work experience in clinical psychology coupled with a Master of Arts Psychology degree, I bring a high level of expertise and knowledge to the coaching field.

 

Humbled in my own journey, it is not about perfection but progress. I was once a burnt out psychotherapist who was lost and found coaching to be the biggest benefit in making a needed change in my own life. 

 

Muskoka Coach came from the love of my Canadian community in beautiful, nature rich Muskoka where I reside with my family and walk my pugs.

My motto 'let's grow' comes from my many lessons in gardening - even if it be gardening to the Ramones! It is all about balance. ​
