With more than 25 years of work experience in clinical psychology coupled with a Master of Arts Psychology degree, I bring a high level of expertise and knowledge to the coaching field. Humbled in my own journey, it is not about perfection but progress. Muskoka Coach came from the love of my Canadian community in beautiful, nature rich Muskoka where I reside with my family and walk my pugs. My motto 'let's grow' comes from my many lessons in gardening - even if it be gardening to the Ramones! It is all about balance. ​
